Guest designer day :)

It's Monday and I have another beautiful item by Jacquie.
Sorry for getting this up late today. I've been running around town all day getting ready for my boys double birthday party.

Anyways, Jacquie created this beautifully bright wall hanging. I just love the tissue boarder :) and talk about yummy layers! SHE rocked IT!
