I love Thanksgiving. The season. The food. The family. And when I was working on a Thanksgiving themed project to share with you today, with this lovely photo as inspiration...
.....I'll admit, the cardmaker in me was so tempted to make some simple little 'thank you' cards. But I decided to do something a little different, something I felt captured the 'Thanks' in 'Thanksgiving' a little better. ;)
Meet a boring old journal I had gathering dust in storage....
And now meet redecorated journal!
I felt a gratitude journal would be perfect, especially for me, since I have SO much to be thankful for and don't always take the time to really appreciate it.
A yummy little candy dot tops of this ribbon that can easily be slipped off...
To reveal a nice, thick little book to write all those nice things down. ;)
I think you should give it a try - find some old journal or book in your house, or a journal at a dollar store, redecorate, and write down all those things in life you're grateful for. :)
Have a blessed Thanksgiving!
