A fall picnic to share

Today I have another inspiration to share and it's such a great fall palette. Most people think of picnics in the spring and summer, but our family loves going on a fall picnic too. Yum! So pull up a seat and enjoy today's color theme.
Now let's check our how our 3 DT gals and how they used this inspiration
I also was inspired by the loose compartmentalization and layering. Here's what I created.

Supplies: Papers from the Great Outdoors collection and Fun House Collection. Chipboard letters: GCD Studios and American Crafts Chipboard words and brads from the Soul Food collection.

This was the color inspiration I was given this month, at first I didn´t like it, until I started looking for the possible papers, and realize there were quite nice! dark colors with only one really -shinny- one, the yellow; I totally loved this idea!!

The first card I keep it simple, I worked more with the differents shapes and words:
For some reason... I feel really confortable creating patterns, even with pattern papers! So here is my chevron pattern with some yellow embellishment:

I hope my boys will remember how they spent every Thanksgiving morning in the timber with their daddy. A suggessfully hunt or not, it's the time together that makes the best memories.

Supplies: Ponderosa - The Great Outdoors , Roughin' It - The Great Outdoors, Bandana - The Great Outdoors , Happy Camper - The Great Outdoors, Metal Rimmed Glass Brads - The Great Outdoors Collection , 3.5" x 5" Postcards - The Great Outdoors, Chipboard Stickers - The Great Outdoors

I'm so proud of our crafty girls and these beautiful projects they made from this photo. It's amazing how one photo can inspirer so many different looks and styles! Thanks Leslie, Agustina and Megan!
